Privacy notice
Last updated 5 October 2026.
This notice covers the sign-up form on familybotapp.com. It is short because there is very little to tell you.
Who looks after your address
ET3 Media. Write to hello@familybotapp.com about anything on this page and a person will answer.
What the form stores
Two things: the email address you typed, and the time you sent it. That is the whole record. It is kept on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which is where this page is served from.
If you sign up twice, the second one replaces the first, so your address is only ever on the list once.
What it is used for
To send you one email when FamilyBot is ready, and nothing else. There is no automatic reply, no newsletter and no other message.
What this page does not do
- No analytics, and nothing that counts or follows visitors.
- No cookies.
- Your address is not shared, sold or passed to any other service or mailing list.
- No part of this page loads anything from another company’s servers.
Taking your address off the list
Write to hello@familybotapp.com and ask, at any time, and we will delete the record. You do not need to give a reason. You can also ask us what we hold for your address, or ask us to correct it.
How long it is kept
Until FamilyBot opens and the one email has gone out, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
The fonts on this page
